Chinese astrology · BaZi
You have a Western sign. What is your Eastern element?
In BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), the day you were born gives you a Day Master — one of ten elemental personalities, from the Tall Tree to the Rain. It is the core of a Chinese birth chart, and most people have never heard of theirs.
The ten Day Masters
How it works
Your birth date is converted into the Chinese sexagenary calendar. The heavenly stem of your day pillar is your Day Master: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water, each in a Yang (outward) or Yin (inward) form. The rest of your chart shows which elements support or challenge it.
2027 is a Ding Wei (Fire Goat) year, starting at Lunar New Year on 6 February 2027. Your element page explains what the Fire Goat year means for you.
