Golden Koi collects only information needed to provide requested services such as MBTI results, daily notes, support, and optional market/trading education.
Information you provide
Depending on what you use, personal data may include name, email, birthday, birth time/city/timezone, current location for weather context, MBTI results, Telegram contact, and if a protected CRM is used, trading records or MT5 identifiers.
First-party analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand whether the website is useful and where users drop off. This may record page views, navigation/CTA clicks, form-start events, MBTI result milestones, daily-note generation, save/subscribe intent, page path, referrer/UTM, country/Cloudflare data center, viewport size, browser user agent, and a visitor/session ID stored in your browser.
Analytics events do not store the content you type into forms, such as your name, birthday, birth time, email address, personality notes, or full reading/report text. IP addresses are not stored in plain text; they are hashed for abuse/fraud analysis and basic deduplication.
Providers
We may use Cloudflare, Supabase, Zoho Mail, AI/cloud providers, and Telegram only to deliver requested services, protect the site, send requested results, and understand product performance.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your profile or submitted data by contacting [email protected]. Browser-local data such as saved reflections or local IDs can also be cleared from your own browser storage.
