Privacy Policy

Golden Koi collects only information needed to provide requested services such as MBTI results, daily notes, support, and optional market-observation notes.

Information you provide

  • Name or nickname, optional contact detail for reminders.
  • Birthday, birth time/city/timezone, current location for weather or daily-note context.
  • MBTI answers/results, form choices, subscription preferences.
  • If a protected support area is used later, case identifiers or uploaded review records may be handled behind access control. Public pages do not collect account passwords or trading-platform credentials.

Why we use it

  • Generate and send requested notes or reports.
  • Provide support, unsubscribe, access, correction, or deletion.
  • Protect the service and use first-party analytics to understand page usefulness.

Providers

We may use Cloudflare, Supabase, Zoho Mail, messaging and notification services, and AI/cloud providers. They are used to deliver requested services, protect the site, send requested results, and understand product usefulness.

Golden Koi mobile app

The iOS app stores saved readings, local profile details, reminder preferences, and analytics opt-out settings on your device until you delete them in the app. If you choose the optional report request, the app sends your email, case ID, language, flow tag, and MBTI or report metadata to Golden Koi so we can provide the requested report or support follow-up. Local reminders use device notification scheduling; v1 does not use a push notification token. These app flows are for app functionality and support, not tracking.

Service and security logs

Hosting, email, support, analytics, and security providers may process service logs such as request timing, delivery status, technical diagnostics, or anti-abuse signals under their own data-handling and security policies. We use these logs to operate, secure, debug, and support the service, not to sell personal information.

Access and deletion

Use the contact page to request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe help. Do not send passwords or sensitive credentials.
